My boyfriend ordered the Prime Rib cooked medium. I ordered from their specials menu, $29.00 for phylo wrapped scallops and skirt steak which I ordered medium rare. All was fine until we received our meals. I made reservations and asked for a window. I read about this trackside restaurant and thought it would be pretty cool to watch the horses as we ate. This was our first time at the Casino as a surprise to my boyfriend for his birthday.
